  • Is it possible to enter the room before the check-in time?

    Our check-in time is from 3:00PM. We can keep your luggage for you if you arrive earlier, however you will not be able to enter your room until 3:00PM. If you wish to check in before 3:00PM, please contact us in advance. For a fee we may be able to prepare a room for you.
    *1,000 yen per hour.
    *Earliest possible check in is from 1:00PM, depending on availability.

  • Do you accept late check-out?

    Our check-out time is until 10:00AM. You may extend this time for an additional charge of 1,000 yen per hour. Latest possible check out is 12:00 PM. Please inform us in advance if you would like to check out late.

  • What time do I need to check-in by?

    Generally please check in before 12:00AM. We appreciate a phone call to let us know if you plan on checking-in after 12:00AM.

  • Can you keep our luggage before check-in or after check-out?

    We can hold your luggage only on your check-in and check-out days. Please inquire at the front desk. If you have any valuables, fragile items, or refrigerated/frozen items, please inform us when you leave your luggage.

  • How do I make a reservation?

    From this HP reservation page, you can reserve rooms via our website.

  • I made a reservation but have not received an email.

    Please make sure that your e-mail address is correct and that it is not being received as spam. Please contact the hotel to confirm the completion of your reservation.

  • How can I make cancel my reservation?

    Please contact the hotel by phone or email. If you have booked directly through our website, please click here to proceed. If you have arranged your reservation through a travel agent, please contact them to change.

  • Can I reserve a specific room?

    We regret to inform you cannot reserve a specific room. We will try our best to meet your wishes, so please inform us of your request when making your reservation.

  • Are there any things like cards that provide a discount?

    Currently there are not.

  • What are the fees for children?

    A child up to 6 years of age may share the room with an adult free of charge. We charge the adult rate for children occupying one bed on their own. The adult rate applies to children who are 7 years of age or older.
    *The conditions for reservations made through various reservation sites differ depending on the site.

  • Can I bring a pet to my room?

    Pets are not allowed. Seeing eye dogs and service dogs are allowed.

  • How do I pay for my room?

    Please pay the total amount upon your check-in. We accept cash, credit card, and some electronic money payments. We do not accept gift card or debit card payments.

  • Is it possible for three or more people to stay in one room?

    It is possible for three people to stay in a large twin room.

  • How can I get to the hotel from Asahikawa airport?

    Please take the bus labeled “To Asahikawa City,” located in front of the Asahikawa Airport. You will need to get off at “Asahikawa Station.” It takes approximately 40 minutes. You will see the hotel to the right of the station when you get off the bus.

  • How can I get to the Asahiyama Zoo?

    There are direct buses that go to the zoo every 30 minutes. The bus stop is located just in front of our hotel, on the East side of the station, at the North Entrance. Go to bus stop number 6. It takes about 40 minutes.

  • Can you tell me about the parking situation?

    Please use the parking lot at AEON Mall Asahikawa Ekimae which is attached to the hotel. Vehicles over 2.2 meters in height cannot be accomodated. For vehicles exceeding 2.2 meters in height, we kindly ask that you make your own arrangements for parking. The parking entrance is located along Miyashita Street and Showa Street. (The Miyashita Street entrance will be closed after midnight.) Parking fees are ¥800 per night (valid for up to 24 hours from entry). There are no parking tickets. Please pay the parking fee at the front desk. A 2D barcode for exiting the parking lot will be provided at the front desk. *With some exceptions, this cannot be used in conjunction with AEON Mall's various parking fee discount services. *The Asahikawa Station Park & Train Parking Lot and the Asahikawa Ekimae Hiroba Parking Lot, etc. are not affiliated with the hotel.

  • Can I reserve a parking space?

    we can not accept any reservations in advance.

Accommodation Accommodation

  • Do you have free internet service?

    We offer free Wi-Fi and LAN. If a large amount of data is transferred, etc., we may limit usage. The hotel assumes no liability for any damages resulting from use of the Internet connection service.

  • Do you have wheelchair-accessible rooms?

    We have a universal access room. Please make a request directly to the hotel when making a reservation.

  • What are some items I can borrow from the hotel?

    We lend out a variety of items including, but not limited to: blankets, irons, iron boards, and sewing kits. Please note there are a limited number of these items.

  • Can I call an outside line from my room?

    Unfortunately you are not able to make calls outside the hotel. There is a public phone located in the reception area on the 5th floor. The pay phone can only make calls with in Japan, with the exception of Japanese cell phones and international call.

  • Is it possible to use a PC in the hotel?

    We do not lend out PC. You may use your own PC in your guest room as well as in the lounge on the 5th floor.

Service Service

  • Do you have laundry machines?

    Absolutely. We have a coin laundry, with 4 washing machines, located on the 5th floor. Detergent is dispensed automatically while washing, you do not need to purchase it seperately. Laundry & Dry Cleaning service is also available. Clothing brought to the front desk before 9:00AM will be returned after 5:00PM o'clock.
    *There are days when the dry cleaning service is not available.

  • I want to send my luggage ahead of time. Is this possible?

    Absolutely. Please write the check-in date, and full name of the person making the reservation on the shipping label. We do not accept "payment at time of delivery" packages.

    ※Please contact the hotel in advance and inform us of any packages we should be expecting. Especially if the name on the shipping label is different from the reservation name.

  • Can the Front Desk send luggage from the hotel for me?

    We can only arrange to send in JAPAN as“payment at time of delivery”. We are not able to send overseas.

  • Does the hotel serve dinner?

    We do not have restaurants for dinner. However the hotel is attached to the AEON mall, which has many restaurants. Feel free to ask us for dining recommendations. Please refrain from bringing outside food or drinks into the 5th floor lounge.

  • Regarding reservations for restaurants and activities

    We do not make reservations. Please make your own reservations.
