JR Inn Hakodate

Hakodate's landmark hotel that newly opened on May 2020, with easy access to the adjacent JR Hakodate Station (the north exit), the gateway to attractive destinations throughout the southern part of Hokkaido.

There is the Hakodate Asaichi right in front of the hotel, which is the fresh fish market popular with tourists from all over the world.

We gurantees our customers a comfortable experience at all the non-smoking rooms, with refreshing views from the open-air bath with a gentle breeze on the 12th floor. You will want to savor the train views or townscape of the port.

The large public bath on the top floor of the hotel that features a refreshing view that can only be seen here with townscape of the port, and unique trains arrive at and depart from the Hakodate Station. There is also an open-air bathtub where you can relax and unwind for free.

JR INN LOUNGE
The lounge on the top floor with a panoramic view of Mt. Hakodate which is a symbolic cow-like appearance mountain that is loved by local citizens. Adjacent to the large public bath, and can be used free of charge. On the bookshelf, there are more than 500 books, such as travel guide related to Hakodate city such as railroads and ferry, magazines, manga, picture books for children. You can also welcome to drink coffee free of charge.

"Marukatsu Suisan" is a well-known local seafood restaurant run by long-established fresh fish store in Hakodate. They are proud of the freshness that can be achieved because it is directly managed by a fish store. The local fish that are sent directly from the nearby market are all carefully selected by fish shop connoisseurs. Have a nice breakfast and enjoy fresh seafood from Hakodate, the city of the sea!
